Our initial policy was not to test a student's progress or to award a certificate upon completion of a Quarter or a "Degree" upon program completion. After conferring with students and others in the astrological community, a revised policy for testing and certification has been formulated.

Starting in Fall 2004, student participation in testing will be optional. Attached to a student's weekly lesson will be a set of questions based on the week's content. Returning them via email to the website for review is optional.

As of Spring 2005, testing will no longer be optional. Questions accompanying a particular week's lesson will have to be returned first by email or the student will not be able to download the next lesson.

A student will also be required to take an end of Quarter examination, and upon its successful completion, will receive a certificate. It will indicate that the student has completed a particular Quarter on Morin's methodology for horoscope interpretation and has successfully passed examination.

Current or previous students may also request examination in Fall 2004 and upon successful testing will also be awarded a certificate.

As the policy and procedure are still in flux, I encourage your feedback and invite suggestions to make the examination policy a success and the award of a certificate a valued credential among practitioners in the astrological community.
