ASTROLOGICAL APHORISMS

  1. A planet's quality, the so-called zodiacal state, gives an indication of either its constructive or destructive abilities.

  2. A planet in honor expresses the quality of the sign. When a planet is in dishonor or bad zodiacal state, it gives the misuse of the planetary influence.

  3. A DISPOSITOR is the ruler of the planet in the sign in which it is posited. The dispositor plays a major role when it comes to the judgment of the quality of a planet.

  4. A planet works with those planets which send aspects.

  5. A planet's zodiacal state can be over-ridden by aspects. Ask yourself if the planet receives help or harm.

  6. The lighter the planet, the more it can be hurt.

  7. With regard to planetary impact , the consideration of aspects received is more important that dispositorship for the lighter bodies, i.e Moon, Mercury, and Venus.
